Heart of Hope – Pediatric Heart Transplant Support to Families Facing the Unthinkable
See how your donation makes a difference:

  • $50 – Purchases a tank of gas for travel to and from the hospital, during their stay.
  • $100– Buys a family 200 wristbands with their child’s name imprinted (can be used as a family fundraiser)
  • $105– Allows a family to stay one week at the Ronald McDonald House of Delaware
  • $150– Provides one month of meals for families while staying in the hospital
  • $200– Sends a Heart of Hope Care Package to families upon admission to A. I. duPont Hospital for pediatric heart transplant
  • $500– Gives necessary activities to a sibling of a pediatric heart transplant patient such as a week of camp, a spot on a soccer team, a few months of music lessons, or participation in a child care program.  Please don’t forget the other children!!
